If you remodel my kitchen or bath, who is responsible for the plumbing, electrical and all other phases of the remodel?
We include all phases of the project in our estimate. The customer may choose to do any portion they would like.


What design service do you have? Do you have a designer that can help me?
We have a professional interior designer on staff. She can be as involved as you choose. She will draw the layout for all major remodels and coordinate the decisions that have to be made.


What type of cabinets do you have? Where can I see them?
We use Custom Wood Products as our primary cabinet provider. We have displays in our St. Joseph and Hiawatha showrooms. We can also set an appointment for you to visit the factory in St. Marys, Kansas.


What type of countertops do you use in your kitchen and bath remodels?
We have three different types of countertops: laminate, quartz and solid surface. We also have granite countertops available. In many bathroom applications we use Onyx brand cultured marble.


Are appliances available?
We are an appliance dealer for the Kitchen Aide, Whirlpool, and the Amana family of appliances. We are happy to provide and design new appliances into your remodel.


How do you handle tile work or floor work in the kitchen and bath remodeling projects?
We have many flooring selections at our showrooms in Hiawatha and St. Joseph. The Dillon Company will include flooring in your remodel estimate, along with all other phases.
